Godrej Vanantara is a resort-format township on thirty-six acres just off Dinnepalya Road, Bannerghatta Road, with sixteen towers and 2,008 apartments in 2, 3 and 4.5 BHK plans. It carries a 1,02,600 square foot clubhouse and a four-acre private forest.
It was RERA-registered in May 2026 with possession set for October 2031 — a five-year horizon, and the longest-dated Godrej project in the city. Pre-launch entry is where the per-square-foot advantage sits, if you can carry the wait.
