Brigade Valencia is the largest launch on the airport corridor this year: fifty acres, 350 units in phase one, and a central park the towers are arranged around rather than pointed at. The site sits eleven minutes from the international terminal and eight from the Devanahalli exit, which is the whole investment case — airport-corridor land bought before the metro extension is notified.

What the brochure will not say: phase one hands over in March 2026, phases two and three are live construction until 2029, so the first two years are noisy. East-facing 3 BHK units in towers A and B are the ones we recommend; the western row overlooks the service road.
