Godrej Tiara is a city address, not a suburb: Yeshwantpur station is a ten-minute walk and the green-line metro is closer than that. You are paying ₹9,200 a foot for a location that already has everything built around it, which is a different trade from the airport corridor.
The premium is real and so is the liquidity — central Bengaluru resale moves in weeks, not quarters. Handover is June 2027, so budget for three years of rent alongside the EMI if you are buying to occupy.
