Prestige Parklane sits inside Phase 2 of the KIADB Hi-Tech, Defence and Aerospace Park at Devanahalli, alongside the Boeing and Safran facilities — nine residential towers in 1, 2 and 3 BHK plans ringed around a landscaped central park, about fifteen minutes from Kempegowda International Airport.
This is a very recent launch and the numbers are still moving — acreage, unit count and RERA registration are being reported differently across sources at this stage. We are tracking the developer's official cost sheet and will update this page the moment it is confirmed; treat anything you see elsewhere as provisional.
