Prestige Southern Star sits on Begur Road beside DLF New Town in Akshayanagar, south Bengaluru: forty-two acres and roughly 4,300 apartments in 2, 3 and 4 BHK plans from 975 to 2,450 square feet. It launched in November 2024 with possession from December 2028.
At this scale the question is which phase and which block, not which project. The pink-line metro at Kalena Agrahara and the Hosur Road corridor are what the location rests on.
