Brigade Golden Heights is a 10.75-acre high-rise township on Budigere Main Road off the Old Madras Road corridor, launched in April 2026. Five towers of forty-three floors hold roughly 1,750 apartments in 1, 2, 3 and 3.5 BHK plans from 705 to 2,010 square feet, with about eighty per cent of the site kept open.
Possession is scheduled for March 2031 and RERA registration was still in process at launch — both worth verifying in writing before any payment. This is the longest wait of any project on this list.
