Prestige Evergreen is the second phase of the Raintree Park township on Varthur Main Road, launched in December 2024 across roughly twenty-one acres. Ten towers of 2B+G+19 carry 1, 2, 3 and 4 BHK plans from about 650 to 2,500 square feet, which is an unusually wide spread for a single address.
Completion is scheduled for January 2029, so this is a four-year wait at launch pricing. Phase one is occupied next door, which is the closest thing to a preview you will get of how Evergreen will actually live.
