Provident Ecopolitan is 11.25 acres at KIADB Aerospace Park, Bagalur Road, with 1,262 apartments across four phases in 1, 2 and 3 BHK plans from 616 to 1,390 square feet. It launched in August 2023 with possession from December 2027.
The green programme is real rather than decorative: IGBC-certified design, more than sixty per cent open space, forty-five native flora species and a tree planted per family. The airport is about eleven kilometres away, and the SEZ is next door.
