Provident Deansgate is a Manchester-themed township on IVC Road, Devanahalli, spread over fifteen acres with 288 townhouses in 3 BHK formats from 1,927 to 2,200 square feet. It launched in November 2023 for possession in December 2027.
The villament format gives you your own entrance and no shared corridor without villa pricing, alongside a 12,000 square foot clubhouse and four acres of landscape. Phase two is the newer release — ask which phase your unit sits in.
